  1. Quotation Validity
    All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise mentioned.
  2. Advance Payment
    A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
    The balance amount must be paid upon completion of installation.
  3. Measurements & Approval
    Final measurements will be taken at the site.
    The client must approve the measurements, fabric, color, and design before order confirmation.
    Any changes after approval may result in additional charges.
  4. Custom-Made Products
    Curtains and blinds are custom-made items.
    Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  5. Delivery & Installation Timeline
    Standard delivery and installation time is 7–14 working days from advance payment and final approval (subject to material availability).
    Delays caused by supplier issues, site conditions, or force majeure are not the company’s responsibility.
  6. Installation Scope
    Installation includes standard fitting only.
    Additional work such as drilling on concrete beams, gypsum modification, false ceiling cutting, electrical work, or extra brackets will be charged separately.
  7. Site Readiness
    The client must ensure the site is ready, accessible, and clear at the time of installation.
    Any delay due to site unavailability may result in rescheduling charges.
  8. Electrical & Smart Blinds
    For motorized or smart blinds, electrical points and Wi-Fi availability must be provided by the client.
    Electrical works are not included unless mentioned in the quotation.
  9. Color & Fabric Variations
    Minor color, texture, or pattern variations may occur due to lighting, fabric batch differences, or screen display.
    Such variations are considered acceptable and not a defect.
  10. Warranty
    Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects (typically 6–12 months depending on product).
    Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, tampering, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  11. Damage & Liability
    The company will take reasonable care during installation; however, it is not responsible for hidden wiring, plumbing, or structural damage.
  12. Payment Terms
    Full payment must be cleared before or immediately after installation.
    Delayed payments may result in withholding warranty or service support.
  13. Ownership
    All supplied materials remain the property of the company until full payment is received.
  14. Force Majeure
    The company shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond its control, including supplier delays, government restrictions, or natural events.
  15. Acceptance
    By confirming the order and making payment, the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
